Hi! I’m Cat (she/her), a solo IBCLC with years of experience helping families in all kinds of situations. I bring medical expertise, compassion, and a dash of humor to every consult—because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and unsure.

I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all feeding or sleeping plan. My job is to listen, inform, and support you in caring for your baby in a way that works for your family.
